Cross Orchards Summer Camp is underway!

The “Boys in Blue” were on hand to help kick off Summer Camp opening day. The boys in the camp wore civil war hats as they helped raise the flag over the site. The children really enjoyed asking questions and finding out about the Civil War and the Boys in Blue.

Unplug your kids from the world of high tech and plug into life in the early 1900’s through summer camp at Cross Orchards Historic Site. Hands-on learning activities include agriculture, blacksmithing, cooking, carpentry and sewing. Bring a sack lunch, water, hat and sunscreen.  For ages 7 - 11.
